As we head towards Spring days, you are no doubt looking forward to warmer weather and seeing more flowers in bloom. There is also a little uncertainty around the recent coronovirus outbreak, so I have included some tips to help you stay well.

Keep your immune system strong

Help your immune system stay strong and healthy by:
Increasing your Vitamin C intake – oranges and green vegetables are sources of vitamin C.
Get enough sleep – between 6 – 8 hours.
Wash your hands when you arrive at or leave a venue such as an office, train stations and other places where there are lots of people. It’s also a good idea to wash your hands when you get home (treat yourself with some lovely Neal’s Yard hand cream to keep hands moisturised too!)
Keep active – make sure you move your body each day.
