Self-care is a bit of a buzzword at the moment but all it really means is taking time to look after yourself.

You don’t have to set aside a whole day for pampering, or meditate for hours on end. It can be small things to help your physical, mental or spiritual health.

Some things you might consider:

  • Take 5 minutes each morning to simply breathe
  • Write a list of 3 things you’re grateful for each night before you go to bed
  • Go for a 10 minute walk at lunchtime
